We purchased and after 3 years, the polyurethane material disintegrated, leaving unsightly bald spots on the sofa and black pieces of material on anyone who sat down. Ashley offered no support since the 1 yr material warranty had expired. That's an unreasonably short life expectancy for sofa!

The picture makes it look like there are loose pillows, WRONG, they are attached to the sofa and look nothing like this. The legs are also not like this, just basic legs, so not contemporary at all. Also, this same couch can be bought at Big Lots for 299.00 vs. 468.00 on amazon. It is the exact same sofa, but big difference in price.
