This chair was a big disappointment. Although it looks very comfortable it really is not. The reclining angle is different than other recliners, the only way to get comfortable is to position the recliner in the fully extended position. In this position you are nearly lying flat, therefore it isn't great for TV viewing or reading and even in this position it's not all that comfortable. The reclining positions don't lock so even if you can find a more comfortable position, one move and you've lost it. As an aside, getting it delivered was a real issue. The delivery company expects you to be available between 9 and 4 during the week with no weekend deliveries. I have found most delivery companies recognize that people work during those hours and make adjustments, either delivering later in the day or on Saturday. I will think twice before buying an item like this online again.
